At Luminal Impulse, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at sprewbyz187@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on where to send your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. In these cases we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a return or refund.
